Terms of Service
These terms describe the product expectations for using ManaCurve, a collection-aware MTG Commander deck builder. They are written for the public beta period and should remain subject to counsel review before broad public launch or material business changes.
Using ManaCurve
You are responsible for the accuracy of the collection, deck, and account information you add to ManaCurve. Deck generation, card analysis, value estimates, and recommendations are planning tools, not guarantees about tournament legality, market prices, card availability, or gameplay outcomes.
Accounts and Beta Access
ManaCurve beta access is currently free through August 8, 2026. We may change availability, limits, beta features, or access requirements while the product is being tested. Scanner access is not included in the public beta and remains limited to admins. Keep account credentials secure and use the service only for lawful, personal, and reasonable deck-building activity.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are optional during beta. If you subscribe, paid access takes precedence over beta access. Paid features may be billed through Stripe. Subscription access, renewal, cancellation, and portal workflows are governed by the billing options shown at checkout or in account settings. Cancellation generally affects future access and does not remove deck or collection data by itself. After beta access ends, non-paying beta accounts may need to upgrade to keep using Pro-level features.
Feedback and Support
You may submit beta feedback in the app. Feedback can be reviewed, grouped into themes, and used to improve ManaCurve, but submitting feedback does not guarantee that a feature or change will be built. For account, billing, cancellation, privacy, or support questions, contact support@example.com.
Acceptable Use
Do not abuse the service, attack infrastructure, scrape private user data, interfere with other accounts, upload harmful content, or use ManaCurve in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
